Non-Refundable Paid Plans Notice
Please note that we do not provide refunds for paid plans. We incur non-recoverable costs related to account activation, AI model processing, infrastructure server allocation, and third-party services, which is why payments are generally non-refundable.
We strongly recommend using the free trial to test AffGenix and its writing features before purchasing a paid plan. If you are satisfied with the results, you can upgrade to a paid plan and continue using AffGenix smoothly.
